Julie, Paul, David, and Addison {Big News}

I was blessed to spend a beautiful afternoon catching up with Julie, Paul and their kids at Calvin College.  I couldn't believe how much they had grown since last year's pictures!  They used this shoot to share with friends that they're adding a new little on to their family.

Shelley, Chris, Jackson and Cameron {Expecting}

I love that photography gives me the privilege to watch families as they grow.  When I first met these guys, Cameron was only 6 months old.  Look at her now!  Jackson has also grown a ton.  He was adorable as he repeatedly requested to have his picture taken by himself.  Plus, they're expecting baby #3 this fall!  Congrats Shelley and Chris!

Rachel and Josh {Expecting}

This sweet couple is expecting a little one a few weeks from now.  I could not be more excited for them to have the chance to be parents.  I know they are going to be great!  Stay tuned for newborn pictures.

Chelsea & Jeff {Expecting}

Thanks to a little peer pressure from her sister (Jodi), Chelsea contacted me for maternity pictures.  We were lucky to get Chelsea and Jeff's shoot in between large storms. It rained on my way to their house and started up again almost as soon as we were done. Thankfully we got a window of clear weather because their little girl arrived less than a week after this shoot. (Stay tuned for pictures of her coming soon!)

 

Laura & Cameron: Expecting

Since I've known my friend Laura, she's been looking forward to being a mom.  And now with that reality only a few short weeks away, I got to spend an evening with her and her husband capturing this important time in their lives.  Their baby is due any day now and I can't wait to share pictures of their precious little one with you as well.      

Angie & Isaac: Expecting

My friends are about to experience a new milestone in their lives and I couldn't be happier for them! I've been blessed to photograph some of their big moments, engagement pictures, wedding, and now a baby is on the way.  Baby Adelea is expected around the end of the month! Yeah! =) Congratulations Angie and Isaac!

Tanya & Bryce: Expecting

I was so excited when Tanya contacted me about taking their pictures. I've known her and Bryce since they were in high school and have had the pleasure of getting to know them better over the years. A few summers ago, Tanya and Bryce came to Jamaica to work with the kids I was teaching at an orphanage. When I think of them as a couple, I think of how great they were with the kids there. And now they have a little boy of their own on the way and I know they're going to be great parents! Congratulations Bryce and Tanya! I look forward to meeting your little one. 

  

  

 

Kirsten: Expecting

My wonderful, amazing, beautiful friend, Kirsten and her husband are expecting.  I got to spend time with her this past weekend and couldn't pass up the opportunity to capture this time in her life.  I'm looking forward to meeting the new addition to their family!  

I'm a HUGE fan of their son and not just because he likes my car as much as I do.  

He's an amazing little one with an incredibly tender heart.  Isn't his hat so much fun?!?!
