Emily + Matt {Love}

I met Emily and Matt a year ago and I've been excited about their wedding ever since.  My brain works like Emily's (we even pin the same things!) and I couldn't wait to see all the fun details that would be a part of their wedding day. 


Their wedding took place in Emily's parent's amazing backyard.  Music was provided by The Rusty Hearts and their reception was catered by Sugar and Spice Eatery.

International Festival {Oveture Center for the Arts}

The Overture Center for the Arts host an International Fest earlier in the spring.  It was wonderful!  There were 3 stages for performances, plus food and lots vendors.  It made my heart smile!

I met this precious family shortly before Owen was due and have enjoyed watching him grow the past 6 months.  He's such a sweet little boy with the most adorable cheeks.  We had a beautiful day for our shoot at Olin Park.

These guys were such a fun family to get to know.  We had fun wandering around the downtown areas in Madison and they were great sports through the chilly Madison morning.

Jill + Joe {Married}

Trying to catch up on blog posts.  Here's an amazing wedding from the spring.

Joe and Jill were married on a beautiful spring day in downtown Chicago.  I've known Joe since he was just a little guy and his wonderful wife has the ability to make everyone feel like they've known her forever.  Weddings like this are always wonderful!  Their day was filled with heart-warming moments and emotions overflowed in beautiful ways.

We began the day together at Hotel Felix.  Joe and Jill were intentional about setting aside a good chunk of time to take pictures capturing a few amazing areas in Chicago.  We started a Lincoln Park Zoo, then took pictures along Wacker Drive, and lastly visited the bar were Joe and Jill first met, Ocallaghan's Pub.  Their bridal party was really nice and super welcoming!
