Dorothy {Senior 2013}

Dorothy and I spent a beautiful evening at Olin Turville Park.  This park is quickly becoming one of my favorites.  I've known Dorothy for a couple of years through school, but I'm really grateful for the chance I had to get to know her better.  She's an incredibly strong person.  Good luck on your upcoming senior year Dorothy!

A beautiful afternoon, cute kids, an adorable dog, and catching up with friends from work..... I can't think of a better way to kick off the end of the school year.  Two summers ago I got to photograph their wedding so it was fun to see how much the kids had grown since then.  This is a family that clearly adores each other.

I thought it was really fun working with Michelle. I didn't really know what to do during the shoot, so she really helped suggest certain poses and such. I didn't quite know what I wanted to do in my pictures, but I gave her a broad idea, and she took that and formed it into an awesome portfolio of pictures!!! I thought it was really fun, and I will probably contact her for wedding pictures some day!

My American experience was really awesome. I met some amazing people. And I would say Michelle is one of the people who has added a lot to my American experience. I really enjoyed working with her. She did my senior pictures shoot. She made me feel so comfortable. She kept on praising me. She was so kind. She took me to some really nice places. Her behavior was so nice and I just love her and the way she does the photography. When I saw my senior pictures, I got so excited because the pictures turned out really nice. The shoot was great with Michelle.  At first I was scared because I have never taken professional photos, but she was nice and told me what to do and how to do it.   She was fun too.  It was great! I had so much fun taking my pictures.  Michelle is a great photographer! She makes it real easy. She really loves her work and she really does awsome job. I love my pictures.  My mother was said that I look so pretty.  Thank you Michelle for making my day!

Seniors: 2013

Makinlee: 1 year old

I haven't had an opportunity to get to know my cousin's daughter so when she contacted me about doing pictures, I was super excited!   Makinlee just celebrated her first birthday and we had a fun afternoon playing together. 

 Photo shoots are a lot of work!  Sometimes you just need a little nap.

 This beautiful quilt was made by Makinlee's great-great-grandma 

and was given to her parent's on their wedding day.

Laura & Cameron: Expecting

Since I've known my friend Laura, she's been looking forward to being a mom.  And now with that reality only a few short weeks away, I got to spend an evening with her and her husband capturing this important time in their lives.  Their baby is due any day now and I can't wait to share pictures of their precious little one with you as well.
